I am sensitive to the environment?

I've been reading the last book of Abraham Hicks and have help a lot i notice that I am sensitive to the environment and affected i easly by observing things and live in New York and there are a variety of people I'm trying to concentrate on myself carrying my iPod and thinking about things is that there is another strategy i i could apply to this post draumic depression and anxiety stress disorder.

I am sensitive to things of the environment … loud noises … lights brilliant … many people around me. Suffering from post traumatic stress is like never know when lightning will strike and we are always aware that they can occur. I try to focus on positive things … pretty things … and I try not to put my self in situations that make me feel uncomfortable … not a lot of bright lights or noise sudden. I made my home as comfortable for me as I can when it comes to this … dim lights, soft sounds, colors, comfortable … But most importantly is to make sure that their consent … I'm fine … just keep telling yourself that. It's all good and I'm fine … practice! When all else fails … there are medications to help with panic attacks! Mine is Clonapen (not sure of the spelling here, sorry). Think good things … question relax … Best of luck to you …
