It is in this book Ask and it gives, (Abraham-hicks.com) The book is expressing their wishes, according to the law of attraction .. A process described in the book, is that you write in detail how you would like something in your life to be, and I think by doing this will become your life. So basically you are writing your life. I have yet to prove it.
It is based on idea that "like attracts like." Basically, if you visualize the positive results, it can make manifest. For example, if you go to a job interview and hang your head down throughout the day and think "what it does, I will not get it anyway" – then you probably do not, but if you have viewed in his mind over and over again that work, when in fact go to the interview is in a great mentality, positive y. ready for a great interview. Also positive affirmations help. Pick a phrase you like. For example: "I am loved, intelligent and beautiful." Song of ten times a day, then twenty times a day for a month. You be surprised. As a script, which is the same. Write down what you would like to perform – and of course take measures to achieve this, but reading over and over every day is to take root in the mind and make you really think so. Gotta love the new-age books to launch a new twist very, very old ideas:) Hey, but if it works, it works.
