Effortless Steps to Transformation!
The transformation does not have to be a long and laborious process. There are many changes you can make with ease on a consistent basis. These small changes can add up to major changes in our thoughts, behaviors and outcomes. The important thing is to make them aware of our everyday life to become automatic and effortless. Try these suggestions, and transforms it before you know it!
1. USE OF TRAVEL TIME FOR GROWTH PERSONAL. Consistently absorb the thought patterns of success, people happy to listen to them while in your car. You can download motivational books and podcasts iTunes and play on your MP3 player or burn them to CD. It takes no extra time to your busy day and long-term profitability is definitely worth it! Try audio book by Anthony Robbins, Cheryl Richardson, Marianne Williamson, Martha Beck and Geneen Roth to start.
2. Stretch. Make it a practice to do something a little outside your comfort zone every day. It need not be exceptional risk. Just a personal challenge level. A little stretch, to begin developing a rock solid belief in yourself and your ability to manage a variety of situations.
3. BEHAVIOR OF SOME NEW EVIDENCE! You are an expert in doing what they do continuously. If what you are doing for you, by all means, keep doing it. In areas of your life that you want to transform, however, test a variety of new behaviors. With the curiosity of an investigative journalist, observing the results obtained. behaviors that you want to keep? What do you want to delete? The choice is yours. Ask yourself what your life will be in five years if you continue doing the same things you been doing? What will be different if carried out significant changes in their patterns of behavior?
4. PRACTICE SETTING YOUR EGO aside for short periods of time. When you can accept their own humanity with all its blessings and shortcomings, and not have to be perfect in everything you do. You can learn to value the comments of others as an opportunity to gain some information on how it could be that you experience at any given time. You may even begin to recognize the truth behind piece of criticism without becoming defensive.
