I am quite impressed by some writers conern about value based education .Can you tell me more about it ?
How can I make sure that my children grow both in dimensions of mind and heart.since the present education system only focuses on how to get a job and basic skills to make a living and not how to live .they don’t teach compassion,courage,honesty,responsibility ,integrity,
i had to learn from writers who wrote about it .since i was deprived from it when in school and college.
can you recommend me any well know books or techniques so that my children have some thing different qualitatively while at the same time possess skills to survive (professional)
I have been reading Shiv Khera , Gandhi , Osho , Steven R covey,Anthony Robbins. But the problem lies in the fact that kids don’t understand it so easily .Is the moral education book they have it in schools sufficient for kids to be morally educated to become responsible citizen of the world.?
indeed schools hv skewered fr instilling virtues into our kids. its sad. schools r geared towards the econ system and to cater to the wants of the political masters and big bizness.
