someone help me get my school life in order?
I remember when i was younger in elementary school and even in early middle school i would come home and do my homework right when i got home, sometimes while watching cartoons, etc. I’m a senior in high school and i now lack the motivation / energy to do my homework right when I get home, and have more homework than ever this year. I’m stuck in a cycle of sleep deprivation and my grades are beginning to show it.
what would be the best schedule for me to do my homework? How much do you think is a reasonable time to break after school before starting homework? How can i get myself to get enough sleep each night? I get distracted by the computer and dont go to sleep until late.
wake up in the morning at least two hours before school get a good breakfast and do some stretching or something to get your mind and body working and after school rest for an hour then do your homework eat dinner (or something) and if you have enough time use the computer till 10:00 then wake up and repeat
