My boyfriend has no motavation?
Basically, he’s lazy. He’s interesting and funny, and SMART. He’s like a genius, a dictionary! Honestly, he’s like my own google. BUT he get F’s in school because he just doesn’t do a single thing, he understands it he just has no motivation to do the work. He’s 17 and he has no motivation to get a job. He’s in good shape, but not ripped or anything, and he has no motivation to go to the gym. I used to not care but now we’ve been dating for over a year and I’m worried if I stay with him that he will lose his motavation for our relationship.
He is however, a good boyfriend, the way he treats me & everything. What should I do?
*gets F’s in school
I know that school’s not for everyone, as I said I used to not care about his grades, I’m just worried that he’ll always be like this in other aspects of his life.
You have every right to be concerned, love or no love.
Since he is 17 this means he is probably in one of the biggest transition times of his whole life and will be (or should be) making some of the biggest decisions he will ever make and which will determine the outcome of your future with him.
Things like applying for college or career goals. If he doesn’t do this within a year or less he has few options but to be a blue collar worker for the rest of his life. Now you must make a decision and decide if this is the type of man you want to be with?
Good Luck. Sounds like your a smart girl and will make the right decision for YOU.
