Where can i find motivation to make an effort at school?
Im a guy with potential, i mean im not dumb. I never study and hardly ever do any homework. I know i should, but i find it hard to feel motivated for school. How do you people find motivation to study? I mean im not dumb, ive never failed a class on a semester, all my courses are barely not failing.
well, you could motivate youself by thinking the better grades you have, the better college you’ll get into (if you want to go to college)
or talk to your parents and ask if you could have some sort of rewards system, in my family you get 7 dollars for every A+, 6 dollars for every A, etc., besides the fact that my parents would be furious if i got a bad grade, the money aspect provides motivation (the better i do, the more money I get)
try something like this with your parents: if you get atleast a c in everything, you can have the car for a night, or do a monetary rewards system like my family does
they should want you to do better and thus will probably be o.k. with something like this
