The cycle of despair and lack motivation

Many think the motivation is useless because it does not guarantee lasting results. This trend of thought can be seen in what I call the cycle of despair. The cycle of despair shows how human nature influences us to take the easy way instead of better. In persuasion, we must get people out of the cycle of despair and continuing motivation in the long term.

We all know that creatures of habit. We are like water following the path of least resistance. As creatures of habit, living in our comfort zones, places where we have to think or spend a lot of energy in the analysis of our environment. In these areas, we become complacent, comfortable and resistant to change. We live by habit and routine in our comfort zones. Not stretch or strive for excellence. We believe that the change only when the pain of our current situation is too intense to ignore. Fear the unknown and fear of making mistakes are also reasons why we stay in our comfort zone. We love our comfort zone because it is a safe place where we can reduce our mistakes and our failures to keep to a minimum. Mark Twain said: "A cat taken on a hot stove may never step on a hot stove again, but not what happened in a cold. "The comfort zone is safe and warm, but it keeps us paralyzed and without motivation to venture outside.

In the cycle of despair the first thing you feel safe in our comfort zone. Then, fear even begin to creep into our complacency. Only then will we realize we have not conducted any of things to do. Suddenly, we fear that we are becoming and where we go. As we contemplate our fate, panic and work frantically to save ourselves. This rehabilitation frenzy lasts long enough so we can see exactly how steep the slope is going to be or how long the marathon really is. Then the excitement dies. We are insensitive to these achievements we are raw and lulled back into our comfort zone.

Say you have a high school reunion coming up, but in the last decade, which has been enjoying some of life's finest food. Over the years, pants have become a little stronger and stronger. You do not want to go to their meeting at this stage of fat. Then begin to fear what is going to be like to appear looking at its meeting this way. fits of panic and voting will lose weight before the event imminent arrival. To this end, they starve. You can even start making exercise. Losing weight and going to the meeting, an individual thin and safer. Then the cycle full circle. You go home and think it would be nice to continue shedding pound, but you realize that it is more difficult than I thought. You begin to enjoy the finer things in life again, a little at first, then more and more As time goes on. The weight comes back and starts the cycle again.
